You can mute or unmute your lock from the Connect portal under the device's settings page. Additional information is available in the Door Locks Settings article.
Depending on your lock model, your lock will likely beep or flash with a red, orange, green, or blue light indicating different functions, commands, and updates taking place at the lock. This information is also available in the manual provided with your lock or found in our help center.
LS-5i Electronic Deadbolt and Lever Lock:
Audio Indications:
1 beep indicates successful operation or button press.
2 beeps indicates successful programming.
3 beeps indicates operational or programming error.
4 beeps indicates 4.25V low battery warning.
8 beeps indicates 3.75V low battery warning.
Illuminated Indications:
1 green flash indicates successful operation or button press.
2 green flashes indicates successful programming.
3 red flashes indicate operational or programming error.
4 red flashes indicates 4.25V low battery warning
8 red flashes indicates 3.75V low battery warning
Orange flashes indicate the lock is in the middle of a programming sequence.
LS-6i (SimpleAccess 6i) and LS-7i (SimpleAccess 7i)
A successful command will render two green flashes with two beeps. If a command at the keypad fails, you will see red lights and beeps.
100: Change Programming Code
The programming code is like a password. This code allows you to program the lock via the keypad and can be 4-8 digits long. The default programming code is 123456. To manually set a new programming code, enter the following on the lock's keypad:

Example: 123456 # 100 # 87654321 #
If Successful, you will see two green flashes with two beeps. If failed, you will see red lights and beeps.
300: Show WiFi Status
Check to see if the lock is successfully connected to the internet.
Responses:
2 green beeps = Successfully connected
1 green, 2 red beeps = In AP mode
1 green, 3 red beeps = No internet access
1 red, 1 green beeps = In Sleep mode
4 short red beeps = Disconnected/Error
